Construction Land with planning permission is generally available within Brittany. If what you want is not available HPI can help you in obtaining outline planning permission, this cannot be guaranteed, but with a sensible approach and knowing who to deal with success can be achieved.

Agricultural Land is readily available and is good value for money, this land is subject to Ministry regulations and must be cultivated and maintained to meet these regulations. The other aspect is grants can be available from  time to time to grow certain crops or put the land to fallow. HPI can help you find the land, but you have to meet the regulations.

Forestry Land is similar to agricultural land, but is generally cheaper and doesn't require crop management. However, a word with the Mayor is sensible before you go clearing significant areas of woodland. Leisure Land can be obtained quite easily, this land can be low price and ideal for stables or purely for parkland leisure, however, permission from the Mayor and local authority must be obtained for new buildings or change of use and this land must be properly maintained, neglected land can result in local fines from the Mayor, again HPI can help.
